Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using CHAMPLIFE™, you agree to these Terms. “CHAMPLIFE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to R & R Legacy Consulting, the legal operator and seller of the platform.

2. The platform

CHAMPLIFE™ provides identity-development content, daily missions, progress tools, Champion rankings, and community-oriented features across Body, Mind, and Wealth. The platform is educational and motivational and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice.

Results depend on individual choices and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, business, or financial outcome.

3. Memberships and billing

Champion Monthly

$49 per month. This membership automatically renews monthly at the disclosed rate until canceled.

Champion Annual

$490 per year. This membership automatically renews annually at the disclosed rate until canceled. We intend to provide an advance renewal reminder using the contact information associated with your account.

Founding Champion

$997 as a one-time purchase. Founding Champion does not automatically renew and includes permanent Founder recognition and platform access for as long as CHAMPLIFE™ is operated and offered by R & R Legacy Consulting, subject to these Terms. “Lifetime” refers to the operating lifetime of the CHAMPLIFE™ platform, not the lifetime of an individual purchaser.

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. If we change a recurring price, the change will apply only after legally required notice.

4. Refunds and cancellations

After the seven-day refund period, payments are nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused membership time, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, an uncured failure by us to provide purchased access, or where required by law.

You may cancel Champion Monthly or Champion Annual at any time through the available account billing portal or by contacting hello@gochamplife.com. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid term; access remains available through that date.

An annual renewal charge may be refunded if requested within seven calendar days after renewal and the membership has not been materially used following renewal.

A refund of a Founding Champion purchase permanently forfeits the assigned Founder number, Founder recognition, and associated platform access. Refund eligibility is limited to one initial purchase per person or account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, and activity under your account. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, resold, copied, scraped, reverse engineered, or used to interfere with the platform or another member.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment disputes, unlawful conduct, harassment, security threats, material violations of these Terms, or conduct that compromises the member experience. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

6. Intellectual property

CHAMPLIFE™, A Champion Identity Platform™, its identity framework, missions, written content, branding, designs, software, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to R & R Legacy Consulting and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your membership provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the platform for personal purposes.

7. Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue platform features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the service and address material access failures.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” R & R Legacy Consulting disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R & R Legacy Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or your account email and will apply prospectively.
